We are not responsible for items damaged in transit due to carrier mishandling.

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We’ll gladly offer a free reprint or refund if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, wrong item)—as long as:

• The item is unworn and unused
• You report the issue within 7 days of delivery
• You email support@gelishirts.com with:
  • A clear photo of the problem
  • A brief explanation
